Rather than waste some sleep this night, I'm afraid I will instead post this journal. Seeing as this coming weekend will be my "Summer Vacation," I figure I should wait until I can draw some strips during and after it, and therefore not have a Saturday strip about my irradiated spinal column and dilated pupils Thursday. Then again, I may do that as well anyway. Still, I imagine that I'll have more material once I get back from Washington D.C. Last time I went there we got to spend most of the day in the Hospital. My friend is allergic to bees you see. Surprisingly, very good food for a government building. Anyway, no comic Saturday, but I'll be back by Tuesday with even more than necessary.
While I appreciate comments and watches on this account I'd also be pleased if you could check out my general art account over here:
Also, if you'd like more information on characters or a list of some of my favorite links check out the mirror at ComicGenesis's Normalcy.

Data Recovery for the Modern Luddite
So, I'd been having trouble with my laptop for a few months, but in these last few weeks it had gotten really bad. Where before I'd only have the occasional stall and necessary force quit, it got to the point where even doing the slightest thing would send my machine pinwheeling away. So I hesitantly backed up as much as I could, nervously trying not to upset whatever mojo was working in my favor at the moment, and then I wiped the hard drive. I did a reinstall from my OS disk, and began to slowly move things back into their proper places.
For a few days it seemed like the hard drive wipe may have done the trick. Then, the problems emerged
Probable Postponement
As much as I am loathe to do this, I'm afraid I'm going to probably be unable to get to this week's Normalcy any time soon. There's just too much going on and too much to do this week. Hopefully things will cool down with the Vignelli Center dedication out of the way soon, and auditions having come and gone. But, until then I'll have to keep you guys on hold for a few days. Once more, sorry about all this.

Had a long day today, but the inks are done. I'll tone tomorrow and #39 should be up in the evening. I'll see you then.

Beginning The Summary
It has in fact, been over a year since I last posted a strip here. For that, I can offer only an apology. However, I am by no means done with Normalcy. Though I do need to build back up to a healthy update schedule. Thank you very much if you have, and if you continue to stick with me through this.
At the very least I've finished off that bit of time, and am uploading the last four strips of the summer of '09 now. I've been summarizing the last year into a more concise telling of Sophmore year; there will be 33 panels for the 33 weeks it spanned. I've got most of it sketched out, and will be working as much as possible this next week, but am
